The Center of Movement
The Center of Movement is a group of Chiropractic and Massage Therapy clinics in the Twin Cities focused on educating and empowering patients to take back control of their health.
The Center of Movement will be on hand offering bodywork and muscle recovery services for the duration of the health cruise. Center of Movement founder, Dr. Matt Wiest, will also be leading a 20 minute class on Foundation Training. Foundation Training is a training system aimed at correcting imbalances and improving posture using a series of poses.
Born in Australia, F45 Training merges 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one 45 minute functional training class.
The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement, and 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun.
Adam Meyer, owner of F45 Training Southwest Minneapolis, F45 Training St. Louis Park and F45 Training Edina, was recently featured in Forbes Magazine.
